East Exhibition Hall & Meeting Rooms

The East Exhibition Hall boasts a spacious 92,234 square feet, accommodating 473 10’x10’ booths, with sections including East 1 (20,440 sq. ft.), East 2 (32,843 sq. ft.), East 3 (35,950 sq. ft.), and a lobby of 21,200 sq. ft. It offers versatile setups for theatre, classroom, and banquet round events. The East Meeting Rooms provide a range of options, including East A-C (3,825 sq. ft.), East D-M (14,193 sq. ft.), East N-O (6,428 sq. ft.), and a VIP Lounge (2,790 sq. ft.). The exhibition and meeting rooms spaces offer versatile setups for theatre, classroom, conference, U-shape, and banquet configurations.

North Exhibition Hall & Meeting Rooms

The North Exhibition Hall covers 90,000 square feet, accommodating 452 10’x10’ booths. It offers flexible setups for theatre, classroom, and banquet round events. The North Meeting Rooms include North A (3,848 sq. ft.), North B (904 sq. ft.), and North C-I (9,574 sq. ft.), supporting various configurations such as conference, theatre, classroom, U-Shape, and banquet.

South Exhibition Hall & Meeting Rooms

The South Exhibition Hall spans 21,182 square feet, accommodating 69 10’x10’ booths and offering versatile setups for theatre, classroom, and banquet round events. The South Meeting Rooms, covering 14,530 square feet, are designed for a variety of configurations, including conference, theatre, classroom, U-Shape, and banquet setups, providing flexible options for any event.

East Ballroom

The East Ballroom, encompassing 14,045 square feet with an overall capacity of 1,260 guests. The Ballroom can be cut down to smaller configurations: Ballroom A (5,535 sq. ft.) and Ballroom B (8,509 sq. ft.). In a theatre setting, Ballroom A can accommodate 414 guests, while Ballroom B can hold 702. For classroom setups, Ballroom A fits 120 attendees and Ballroom B fits 180. For banquets, Ballroom A can host 192 guests and Ballroom B can host 336, offering versatile options for various events.

Forum Conference Center

The Forum Conference Center is a versatile and expansive venue, ideal for hosting a variety of events. A temperature-controlled skywalk conveniently connects the conference center directly to the convention center.

The Forum Theater spans 3,750 square feet and accommodates up to 276 seats, making it suitable for both theatre and classroom-style events. Equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities, it ensures a seamless experience for all attendees. In addition to the Forum Theater, the conference center boasts 13 flexible meeting spaces, collectively covering over 23,000 square feet. One of these spaces, Forum E, is approximately 1,720 square feet with a 12-foot ceiling, offering a classroom-style setup ideal for various meetings and events. The Forum Conference Center provides options for theatre, classroom, and banquet-style setups, accommodating a wide range of event needs.

Legacy Arena Club

The Arena Club encompasses 5,800 square feet, offering a versatile space ideal for various event setups. Whether you’re planning a reception, theatre-style presentation, or classroom session, the Legacy Arena Club provides flexible configurations to meet your needs, ensuring a successful and adaptable event experience.

Protective Stadium Club

The Stadium Club offers a spacious 11,569 square feet of meeting and entertainment space with a stunning view of the field. It features two bars and built-in reception-style furniture, creating a stylish and versatile environment for events. Additionally, it includes nearly 900 square feet of modern buffet area for food and beverage service, ensuring guests have everything they need for a memorable gathering.
