Applicable event tickets are only refundable through at this moment. As the current developments regarding COVID-19 are affecting events nationally and internationally, Ticketmaster may be experiencing high call/email volumes in the coming days and weeks.
If purchased online from, we suggest customers use the self-service refund button in the Ticketmaster My Account or the Ticketmaster App.

Tickets Purchased via Third-Party Platforms (StubHub, VIVID Seats, etc.) is the only verified selling agent for our venue. If you purchased your tickets from one of these platforms, please visit their website's Customer Service department for more information.

Tickets Purchased at the BJCC Central Ticket Office Using Cash

If you purchased tickets at our Central Ticket Office by using cash, you may obtain a refund by completing our refund form and mailing the tickets to:

Download the form here. Be sure to complete the form and include the original tickets. A check will be processed for the amount and mailed to address written on form.

We suggest using certified mail when using this process. The BJCC will not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

Tickets Purchased at the BJCC Central Ticket Office via Credit Card
